About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Delta Electronics EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse market trends and develop business development strategies to drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EV Charging Solutions market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets
  • Represent Delta at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of technical sales experience in the Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage market
  • Excellent understanding of sales, business development, and account management processes
  • Technical knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning Systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Strong legal understanding of contracts and agreements
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
