Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market ecosystem, developing business development strategies, and identifying business opportunities in the targeted segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the development and understand the nature of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market ecosystem
- Construct business development strategies and sales plans in accordance with your analysis
- Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments: EV OEM, Utility, Charging Point Operator
- Develop strong relationships with key customers by acting as account manager
- Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
- Negotiate contracts
- Pipeline project management
- Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership
- Represent Delta during conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events in focused markets
- Interact with management across Delta organization
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years technical sales experience with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions
- Excellent understanding of the sales, business development, and account management processes
- Technical knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning System, and Battery Energy Storage system
- Excellent English and Spanish communications skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
