We are currently seeking a proficient Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in BI tools, particularly Tableau. In this role, you will be tasked with addressing the data and analytical needs of various stakeholders by crafting detailed dashboards, reports, and visualizations on the Tableau Cloud platform.
This position demands a solid grasp of data analysis and outstanding communication skills to facilitate data-driven decision-making. It presents an excellent opportunity to refine your abilities and contribute to our digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate robust relationships and adeptly manage competing priorities across different business units.
- Dashboard Creation: Leverage Tableau Cloud or similar BI tools to design and oversee intricate data visualizations and dashboards.
- Data Interpretation: Collect and analyze data to generate actionable insights that align with business goals.
- Training and Support: Offer comprehensive training and assistance to the European Business Development division and its users to promote data-driven decision-making.
- Reporting Standards: Develop reports and dashboards, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work harmoniously with diverse teams across various functions and locations.
- Requirements Analysis: Identify, assess, and translate complex business requirements into actionable Tableau Cloud dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Advocacy for BI Tools: Encourage the utilization of Tableau Cloud and foster a culture centered around data-driven insights within the organization.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Project Manager, or Developer in BI Tool Implementation or a related role.
- A solid understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts, particularly in business performance analysis.
- Proven experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- This role partially encompasses product ownership, necessitating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train non-technical audiences.
- Efficient in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with exceptional organizational skills, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
