Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Cloud. Your primary goal will be to meet the data and analytics needs of various stakeholders by gathering and analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage competing priorities across business units.
  • Dashboard Development: Utilize Tableau Cloud or similar BI tools to create and manage complex data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
  • Communication: Provide comprehensive training and support to the European Business Development division and its business users to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards that meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams across functions and geographical locations.
  • Requirements Gathering: Identify, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into actionable Tableau Cloud dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Tableau Advocacy: Promote the use of Tableau Cloud and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Project Manager/Developer for BI Tool Implementation or in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts with a focus on business performance analysis.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train non-technical audiences.
  • Efficient in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Capable of working effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational skills and capable of working autonomously or collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
