We zijn op zoek naar een Functional Application Manager Management Screening Systems om ons team te versterken. Als Functional Application Manager Management Screening Systems zorg je voor de verbinding naar de gebruikersorganisatie en bied je de ondersteuning die zij nodig hebben om optimale performance te realiseren.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Ondersteuning bieden t.a.v. het (door)ontwikkelen van oplossingen voor behoeften van de gebruikers.
  • Ondersteunen van het trainen en adviseren van gebruikers.
  • Coördineren t.a.v. het oplossen, opvolgen en documenteren van incidenten die samenhangen met het systeem en/of de informatievoorziening.
  • Opstellen van requirements en functionele specificaties voor systeemaanpassingen.
  • Opleveren van productbeschrijvingen en zorgen dat gebruikershandleidingen up-to-date zijn.
  • Schrijven van acceptatie- en implementatieplannen en deelnemen aan de uitvoering en het begeleiden van deze testen.
  • Doorvoeren van configuraties en wijzigingen in IT-diensten.
  • Aandragen (proactief) van verbetervoorstellen en zorgdragen voor het begeleiden en implementeren van deze verbetervoorstellen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteits- en compliance afspraken rond de geleverde dienstverlening.
