Project Manager Job Description

Thermon is a global leader in industrial process heating solutions, providing custom-engineered and comprehensive solutions for all heating needs. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to clients worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our THS (Thermon Heating Systems) projects to success. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure understanding of contractual and financial requirements.
  • Manage project scope and changes.
  • Oversee project performance, including safety, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Direct and monitor engineering plans and deliverables.
  • Facilitate design reviews and technical assessments.
  • Monitor subcontractors and ensure QHSE compliance.
  • Oversee costing, invoicing, and gross margin.
  • Facilitate risk management and project control.
  • Provide leadership and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing project management.
  • Experience with EPC contractors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation.
  • Excellent English and local language skills, both written and verbal.
