About the Job

Fugro Netherlands Marine is a leading geotechnical service company that provides technical advice for marine project development. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering offshore projects in the field of geophysical and geotechnical projects. You will ensure efficient execution of the agreed work, managing specialist survey vessels and equipment in a global market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and coordinate project activities to achieve optimal balance between cost, time, quality, benefit, and risk.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance against KPIs.
  • Supervise project teams, promote a Team Fugro culture, and support a positive safety culture.
  • Develop project documentation, including project execution plans and project management controls.
  • Communicate with clients, internal partners, and sub-contractors.
  • Support the tendering process and develop specialist and project management skills through external and internal courses.

Requirements

  • A Master or Bachelor degree in an industry-associated discipline.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in marine geotechnical or geophysical projects.
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive and determined to deliver results efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written).
