Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project strategies and objectives.
- Ensure understanding of contractual and financial requirements.
- Manage project scope and changes.
- Oversee project performance, including safety, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Direct and monitor engineering plans and deliverables.
- Facilitate design reviews and technical assessments.
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure QHSE compliance.
- Oversee costing, invoicing, and gross margin.
- Facilitate risk management and project control.
- Provide leadership and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing project management.
- Experience with EPC contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation.
- Excellent English and local language skills, both written and verbal.
