Job Title: IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team at Independent Recruiters. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of our IT department to a new level of maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic IT Initiatives: Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead IT Governance and Risk Management: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk management, and security standards are met.
  • Oversee IT Service Delivery: Ensure the efficient, reliable, and scalable delivery of IT services to support our business operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our business stakeholders to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of excellence within the IT department, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in financial services, preferably in the trading industry.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Showcase exceptional leadership skills in driving IT strategy, governance, and service delivery.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
  • Residency in the Netherlands: Must be a resident in the Netherlands, with an existing visa that can be transferred.
