Een dag met ons in jouw levenAls Product Quality en Recovery Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het geven van een tweede bestemming aan retourartikelen. Je neemt artikelen in ontvangst, maakt ze weer geschikt voor verkoop en bewaakt productkwaliteit. Je rapporteert afwijkingen en doet aanbevelingen. Artikelen die verkocht gaan worden in de Tweede kans hoek presenteer je zo optimaal mogelijk aan onze klanten en je organiseert de verkoop ervan.
Ons team binnen IKEAWe zijn een team van 15 medewerkers die intensief samenwerken in verschillende processen. We dragen bij aan de doelstellingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid & circulariteit door de levensduur van onze producten te verlengen door ze een tweede kans te geven. We hebben veel contact met klanten en collega's van andere afdelingen en promoten altijd de sociale en milieubewuste inzet van IKEA.
Wie je bentJe bent milieubewust en vindt het leuk om klantcontact te combineren met werk 'achter de schermen'. Je bent een teamplayer, weet van aanpakken en kan goed prioriteiten stellen. Je bent in staat om fysiek werk te leveren en bent 12 uur per week beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar.
Goed voor onze aarde én voor jouWe bieden een all-in uurloon vanaf 16.84 per uur, inclusief een 13e maand en 8% vakantiegeld. Na een contract van 12 maanden krijg je een contract voor onbepaalde tijd aangeboden. We bieden ook een collectieve bonusregeling, reiskostenvergoeding en een personeelskorting bij alle IKEA-winkels in Nederland.
