Job Description

Eindhoven University of Technology is seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate the open-access platform for photonic chip manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in making technology accessible to designers from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless transition to digital operations by integrating existing and new supplier services and products in the platform.
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with customers and business leaders at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison between external and internal stakeholders to convey information, ensure understanding, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage day-to-day customer and supplier communication to meet their demands and improve the customer experience.
  • Provide progress reports to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, applied sciences, or a related field.
  • Affinity with technology and business.
  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Customer-centric with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with highly interdisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 level).
  • Open to occasional national and international travel.

Conditions of Employment

  • Part- or full-time employment contract for 2 years with possibility for extension.
  • Salary and benefits in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities.
  • Year-end bonus of 8.3% and annual vacation pay of 8%.
