About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Application Manager to join our Financial Freedom IT Support team at Knab. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability of applications when required by the business
  • Query and build dashboards for reporting purposes
  • Analyze recurring incidents and propose improvement actions
  • Take responsibility for resolving incidents
  • Prepare change requests for suppliers and internal teams
  • Test new application versions
  • Maintain authorization profiles (roles and permissions)
  • Answer information questions and manage documentation
About the Team

We work in a collaborative and ambitious team where everyone's input and expertise are valued. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve results and be part of a 7x standby service for major incidents.

Requirements
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to autonomously follow up on complex issues
  • Awareness of risk and ability to prevent risks
  • At least an HBO work- and thinking level with a relevant education
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch language both verbally and in writing
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Application Manager with experience in connecting business and IT
  • Experience in the financial domain
  • Knowledge of standards such as BIM/BISL2, ITIL, ALS2, Agile/Scrum is an advantage
  • Experience with banking systems (OFS) is required
