Influencer Marketing Strategy Lead - Job Description

The Stichting Rainforest Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to lead our influencer marketing strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global influencer strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that integrates with our overall marketing goals.
  • Identify and engage with potential influencers and key opinion leaders in key markets through thorough research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet our brand objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with influencers, prioritizing non-paid opportunities and fostering long-lasting partnerships.
  • Design and implement influencer journeys with regular touchpoints to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability (2-3 years) in a marketing and/or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability (2-3 years) as an influencer or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey a clear understanding of diverse audiences' needs.
  • Capacity to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with others to achieve shared objectives.
