Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team at Stichting Rainforest Alliance. As a Marketing Associate - Influencer Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global influencer strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive influencer strategy that integrates diverse organizational goals.
  • Identify and research potential influencers and key opinion leaders in key markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with new influencers by prioritizing non-paid opportunities.
  • Design and implement influencer journeys with regular touch points to foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Engage with existing influencers and celebrities and retain them in our network.
  • Collect performance data from influencers and monitor metrics to optimize engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability (2-3 years) in a marketing and/or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability (2-3 years) as an influencer, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Good communication skills and ability to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
