Position Overview

The Digital Hardware Coordinator plays a vital role within the Digital Turnaround Hardware Support Teams.

This team is dedicated to the successful implementation of Turnaround MET applications, focusing on the integration of digital tools and hardware, as well as ensuring their effective utilization within associated workflows.

The responsibilities of the Digital Hardware Coordinator include:

  • Facilitating the Digital Turnaround model, which includes tools, applications, and training initiatives.
  • Providing support for Worker and Asset Visibility tools, covering aspects such as equipment assembly, inventory management, logistics, transportation, diagnostics, planning, deployment, maintenance, and on-site assistance during execution.
  • Collaborating with local workgroups during the Front-End Loading (FEL) phase for planning purposes.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, which includes mobile kiosks, mobile devices, Wireless Access Points, solar arrays, BLE-enabled devices/systems, RFID, and barcode handheld devices, among others as specified by the client.
  • Working closely with team members to ensure the accurate creation and documentation of work processes, procedures, client requests, and troubleshooting outcomes.
  • Providing training and knowledge transfer to support team members as needed.
Qualifications

Education:
MBO level 4 E&I (profile EQF 4 or higher)

  • IT skills are advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided on the job.
  • Strong personal communication skills are essential.

Key Attributes:
A hands-on mentality and excellent people skills are crucial.

  • This is a long-term assignment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • This position involves regular travel abroad.
