Internship Opportunity in Retail Buying

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Buying team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the buying process, managing samples, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of samples, ensuring they are properly prepared and organized.
  • Support the buying team in preparing documents and samples for fittings.
  • Help with checking bulk submissions and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Assist in maintaining the order system, SAP, and ensuring all processes are up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments, including E-commerce, PR, Wholesale, and Marketing, to ensure smooth sample management.
  • Prepare data and products for business meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.
  • Provide general support to the Buying team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn, with a willingness to develop new skills.
  • A creative eye and commercial aptitude, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Currently enrolled in a study, ideally related to Fashion, Retail, or Product Management.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, with no school assignments or thesis writing.
