Internship Opportunity in Retail Buying

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Buying team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the buying process, managing samples, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sample management, including receiving, storing, and retrieving samples
  • Prepare documents and samples for fittings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Support the team in checking bulk submissions and maintaining order system accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with E-commerce, PR, Wholesale, and Marketing teams regarding sample details
  • Prepare data and products for business meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Provide general support to the Buying team, including administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Highly motivated to learn and develop, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • A creative eye and commercial aptitude, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Currently enrolled in a study, ideally related to Fashion, Retail, or Product Management
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, with no school assignments or thesis writing
