About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to store staff, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve store processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
