As a UI/UX Design Lead at STAFIDE, you will:
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and actively participate in technical discussions or reviews, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Create and manage detailed work plans, monitoring and tracking schedules to ensure on-time delivery, aligned with defined quality standards, and drive project timelines forward.
  • Identify potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or quality, developing mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address these risks, and ensure the team's success.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a dynamic development team by enhancing their technical skills, fostering collaboration, and cultivating a high-performance culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design, with hands-on experience using Figma, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to oversee quality control, enforce best practices, and lead technical reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional results.
  • Experience in work scheduling, project management, and risk mitigation, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Leadership skills, with a focus on boosting team productivity, enhancing skills, and promoting a collaborative work environment, and a proven track record of success.
