Join Our Team as a Senior Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our program ambitions and drive our mission to promote disability inclusion. As a key member of our Management Team, you will shape and guide our programs, develop and oversee processes and budgets, and ensure a solid foundation for our employees and teams to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our program strategy and development, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals
  • Manage and develop our teams, including Program Strategy & Learning and Program Management
  • Oversee Institutional Fundraising and Lobby efforts
  • Collaborate with our partners in Africa and Asia to enhance our impact and strengthen our role as an expert, networker, and advocate
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our work and engage with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least three years of leadership experience at a senior management level in a similar organization
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to travel to partner organizations in Africa and Asia
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders

What We Offer:

  • A one-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent position subject to mutual satisfaction
  • A salary of up to €7,298 gross per month for a full-time position (38 hours per week), excluding 8% holiday allowance
  • Working from home allowance
