We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en communicatief vaardige customer support specialist die zich inzet voor het bieden van een hoogwaardige klantenservice aan onze gebruikers en partners.

Jouw rol

Binnen MOBIAN ben je verantwoordelijk voor het contact met onze gebruikers en partners. Je werkt samen met onze partners om klachten op te lossen en de service op locaties te verbeteren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behouden en verbeteren van een goede samenwerking met onze partners.

Jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden

  • Communiceren met klanten via WhatsApp, telefoon, e-mail en chat.
  • Klanttevredenheid hoog houden.
  • Het oplossen van problemen van klanten en het bieden van nauwkeurige en tijdige oplossingen.
  • Het afhandelen van klachten (escalaties) van klanten.
  • Het verzamelen van feedback van klanten en het escaleren van terugkerende problemen naar de relevante afdelingen voor continue verbetering.
