The Above Water Warfare Fire Control System (AWW-FCS) is designed to safeguard naval vessels and associated units from above-water threats, which are increasingly rapid, intelligent, and intricate. To achieve this, AWW-FCS employs Thales' state-of-the-art dual-band radar system, integrating an Active Phased-Array Radar (APAR) in the X-band with a Sea Master 400 radar in the S-band.
Anti-ship missiles can travel at speeds three to five times that of sound, exhibiting increasingly sophisticated behaviors. When multiple threats are encountered simultaneously, it becomes progressively challenging for human operators to implement effective defensive measures. The AWW-FCS delivers critical information to facilitate timely decision-making.
By leveraging a new generation of sensors and an advanced Fire Control System, it continuously evaluates the most effective methods to engage identified threats. This system combines radar technology with intelligent algorithms, assisting ranged weapon systems in targeting, tracking, and neutralizing threats.
We are seeking a
SCRUM MASTER (Fire Control Systems)
to join our development teams, which are composed of multidisciplinary and self-organizing Agile/Scrum groups. Beyond software product development, our teams take full responsibility for various aspects, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, testing, validation, and product demonstrations. The application of advanced techniques and software development methodologies is essential. The software for the Fire Control System is developed using both Java and C++, supported by a modern development environment.
As a Scrum Master, you will adeptly apply Agile principles and the Scrum process framework. You will serve as a mentor and coach, challenging and supporting the team to achieve optimal results. Your role will involve proactive facilitation, enabling you to adapt to changing circumstances effectively. The Scrum Master is essential in ensuring our teams operate smoothly and efficiently.
