Job Summary:

As a Middleware Support Specialist at STAFIDE, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for application servers, web servers, and Linux-based operations. Your expertise will ensure high availability, load balancing, and clustering, while collaborating with DB, network, and development teams to resolve production application support and incident management issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for application servers such as WebLogic, JBoss, or Tomcat, ensuring seamless integration with web servers and Linux platforms.
  • Manage web servers including httpd, Nginx, or HAProxy, configuring load balancing, high availability, and SSL certificates.
  • Oversee Linux-based operations, working with commands and system tools to ensure efficient system performance.
  • Contribute to middleware administration, including installations, configurations, patching, and environment setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production application support and incident management issues.

Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of experience in application server management, web server administration, and Linux-based operations.
  • Expertise with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible, and proficiency with Linux platforms and command-line operations.
  • Strong understanding of load balancing, high availability, clustering, SSL certificates, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience with containerized environments and cloud infrastructure, and proficiency with automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with innovative teams.
