Company Overview
WTS Energy Europe has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Professional/Business Developer with 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales and new market development. The company supports energy transition by delivering remote monitoring technology, and as the business is growing, we are looking for a passionate Business Developer to join our team in Amsterdam.

As the ideal candidate, you will work within the Commercial Team, focusing on growing the business and opening up new opportunities to scale market presence. You will accelerate growth by active Sales and Business Development of new clients, building new relationships from scratch using your existing network within the industry and through new business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales opportunities through account research, lead qualification, networking, lead generation, and sales tools
• Create strategic Sales and Business Development Plans and KPIs
• Manage key accounts for our well monitoring solution internationally

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of international experience with new client acquisition and business development in capital goods, preferably in the Energy Industry - long term sales cycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch
• Cultural knowledge of the way of doing business in different regions
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and in a virtual environment
