Senior Regulatory Advisory Expert

ABN AMRO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Advisory Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Chain, you will play a critical role in navigating and responding to regulatory challenges across various domains, ensuring the best suited credit solutions for our clients within our moderate risk profile.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and Translate Regulations: You will interpret and translate regulations into concrete and actionable advice, ensuring our clients receive the best possible solutions.
- Assess Impact and Progress: You will assess the impact of opted solutions and progress of delivery on ABN AMRO's change agenda, overall compliance status, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders within the bank.
- Deliver Strategic View: You will ensure the delivery of a continuous strategic view, the progress of the execution, and impact of deliverables on findings.
- Report on Regulatory and Audit Findings: You will report on Regulatory and Audit findings, maintaining a high level of Regulatory and Operational knowledge of Lending products.
- Validate Credit Risk Portfolio Analysis: You will validate credit risk portfolio analysis and play a pivotal role in bank-wide strategic projects.
- Advise Risk Committees: You will advise risk committees on strategic changes, portfolio- and product reviews.
You will be part of ABN AMRO's Credit Chain, working closely with various teams, including the Credit Transformation Office, Requirements & Process Change, Credit Risk Oversight & Strategy, and Finance & Risk Business GRIDs.
About You- Education: You have an HBO or University degree in Business Economics/Accounting/Law.
- Experience: You have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a strongly developed risk mindset following the three lines of defence principle.
- Skills: You have a strong understanding of lending, regulations, change, and credit risk, or a keen interest in these areas.
- Personal Qualities: You're a strong conceptual thinker with a can-do mentality, passionate about execution, and stakeholder management.

What We Offer- Gross Monthly Salary: The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- Benefit Budget: The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
- Vacation: You have five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal Development Budget: You have a personal development budget of €1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to €3,000.
