Overzicht

We zijn op zoek naar een Business Informatie Specialist die zich kan vinden in een dynamische en innovatieve omgeving. Als Business Informatie Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van gebruikers bij het dagelijks gebruik van informatiesystemen, inclusief het actualiseren van gebruikersdocumentatie en bieden van tweedelijns ondersteuning.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Het coördineren van wijzigingen in applicaties en nieuwe functionaliteiten, inclusief de acceptatie hiervan door gebruikers
  • Het signaleren en analyseren van de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van informatiesystemen en bedrijfsprocessen, en het coördineren van alle inkomende verzoeken en incidenten
  • Het ontwikkelen en afstemmen van verbetervoorstellen en het waarborgen van de aansluiting op bedrijfsprocessen
  • Deelname aan gebruikersacceptatietesten (GAT) en het waarborgen van de consistentie van informatie binnen onze leveringsketens

Wat wij bieden
  • Een bruto jaarsalaris tussen de €45.000 en €60.000
  • Inclusief FlexBudget, 8% vakantiegeld en afhankelijk van je functie een bonus of collectieve resultaatdeling
