We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Business Process Owner to join our Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end business processes, driving process design changes and improvements, and ensuring a complete and efficient exchange of information and recommendations to and from stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end business process "Source-to-Pay"
- Contribute to the design of procurement-related processes, part of other end-to-end business processes
- Define, monitor, and maintain the European template ensuring harmonization within the business
- Ensure a complete and efficient exchange of information and recommendations to and from stakeholders, respecting given directions
- Organize relevant meetings, ensuring the right input, throughput, and output, from invitation to conclusion and update through a Fit for Purpose approach
- Provide the right level of information to different parties involved, high-level and strategic, and detailed only when required
- Assess possible solutions in collaboration with Central IT and drive the proposal to a decision, including an Impact Analysis from both IT and business perspectives
- Proactively update on the latest status of discussions and work-in-progress documentations with stakeholders
- Lead the Procurement process community, embedding trust and openness to create an environment of learning and knowledge sharing
- Drive an agenda of continuous improvement, assessing the quality of process design on a regular basis, collecting feedback from the business via the Process Communities
- Analyze and drive new business demands and changes to concrete business requirements together with the business and IT
- Establish overviews of process maturity levels and related process improvements (roadmap) in close alignment with the Procurement Director Europe
- Facilitate local challenges during the implementation of the European process template and/or any other initiative within the Refresco group, taking a key role
- Act as the go-to person for the local project manager
- At least a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Economics or comparable
- Several years of professional experience and expertise in all areas of Procurement
- Strong sense and experience in change management and acting as a true business partner for different stakeholders
- Expert knowledge in process blueprints for ERP, preferably SAP S/4 Hana
- Relevant experience in an international environment (multiple geography and multi-culture)
- Willingness to travel across Europe for workshops
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, prior experience conducting business workshops
- Eager to work in an informal and entrepreneurial environment in a fast-growing company
- Used to working under the pressure of a deadline and getting things done
- Enjoy driving decisions with various stakeholders (stakeholder management)
- Fluent in English and preferably one or more other European languages
