Transformational Business Leader

We are seeking a Transformational Business Leader to join our team at Howden Group, a business within Chart Industries. As a CBE Manager, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on customer experience, on-time delivery, quality, and margin performance.

The successful candidate will lead the identification, definition, prioritization, and execution of business improvement initiatives in cooperation with business and process owners. You will also develop High Capability Roadmap (HCR) capabilities and efficiency in Continuous Improvement by training and coaching at all levels of the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include initiating and implementing improvement initiatives in line with the strategic direction, supporting the implementation of the Future Factory Vision, and contributing to the definition and execution of Flawless Execution initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to improve the efficiency of functional problem-solving and root cause analysis, and drive a Continuous Improvement culture across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or Continuous Improvement disciplines, or equivalent experience and training.
• Levern Six Sigma Black Belt certification with expertise in DMAIC methodology.
• Project Management basics.
• Experience with hierarchical or functional leadership.
• Proven ability to expertly prioritize and execute multiple initiatives, projects, and tasks.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven analytical skills.
• Competencies in identifying, implementing, and delivering impact through process improvements.
• Full proficiency in English to navigate an international business environment.
