Main Responsibilities

To provide technical support and maintenance for Ishida equipment and systems in the Netherlands and at Ishida sites. This includes installation, repair, and commissioning of equipment, as well as training for customers and Ishida personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission Ishida equipment and full lines, including OEM equipment.
  • Repair Ishida and OEM equipment.
  • Provide training for customers and Ishida personnel.
  • Complete service order site reports and prepare spare part quotations.
  • Liaise with customers and Ishida personnel to resolve ongoing issues.
  • Communicate with the service helpdesk, aftersales management team, and projects department effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a technical or engineering degree, excellent communication skills, and extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical disciplines. You must be IT literate, have excellent administration, organisation, and planning skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrable experience gained within a food, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
  • Technical training delivery.
  • Experience within a field service-based role.
  • Proven experience of machine installation, fault finding, and repair.
