We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Specialist to join our client's team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrialization of high-tech products and be proficient in analyzing complex problems.
Company Overview: Our client is a renowned Dutch agency specialized in recruitment and relocation of technical specialists for the Netherlands. They work with top clients such as ASML, VDL, DAF Trucks, Siemens, and more.
Salary Estimate: €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs an Industrialization Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational requirements are implemented in the design phase. This includes taking care of new product introduction towards factory and field organization, structural improvements, and feedback on these improvements towards the development team.
- Represent the operational sectors (Manufacturing and Service organizations) in the co-design phase.
- Take care of new product introduction towards factory and field organization.
- Take care of structural improvements and feedback on structural improvements towards development team.
- Review technical documentation of the multidisciplinary development team.
- Define documentation, spare parts, and tooling for the global service organization.
- Analyze complex problems at the factory and customer site.
- Transfer knowledge from development to operational sectors and local service organizations.
- Minimize operational costs for volume products.
- Analyze global product performance and define requirements for co-design improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electro-Mechanics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of industrialization of high-tech products.
- Experience with Trouble Shooting.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
- PLC Software experience is a plus.
- Excellent networking and communication skills in English.
