Job Description

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for leading innovation projects and network optimization and sustainability projects. As a Product Development Specialist, you will be asked to develop products matching a product brief, reformulate products, or harmonize recipe portfolios. You will also be responsible for communicating clearly within the multicategory team and towards stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead independently medium to high complexity projects for the category in a cross-functional project team and deliver against a set of R&D deliverables.
- Apply a set of project management skills, including risk management, time and resource planning.
- Develop products matching a product brief, reformulate products, or harmonize recipe portfolios.

Requirements

- We seek an agile project lead with a can-do mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, and drive for excellence.
- Proven experience leading projects and developing products, ideally in the food industry.
- A degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
- At least 4 years of proven track record in R&D product development or process technology.
- Proficiency in designing and executing trials at various scales.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A creative mindset to explore possibilities beyond the status quo.
- Comfort with working in a high-paced dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project deliverables.
