Business Transformation Leader

The Company is seeking a Business Transformation Leader to join our team. This position is responsible for leading business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on improvement of customer experience, on-time delivery, quality and margin performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business improvement initiatives in cooperation with business and process owners.
- Train and coach employees in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools.
- Initiate and implement improvement initiatives aligned with strategic direction.
- Support the implementation of the Future Factory Vision.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of Flawless Execution initiatives.
- Design and implement a cross-functional process that drives execution across the IBS.
- Improve efficiency of functional problem solving and root cause analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations or Continuous Improvement disciplines and/or equivalent experience and training.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with expertise in DMAIC methodology.
- Project Management basics.
- Experience with hierarchical or functional leadership.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives, projects and tasks.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to oversee complex processes.
- Demonstration of competencies in identifying, implementing and delivering impact through process improvements.
- Full proficiency in English to navigate in an international business environment.
- Communication skills and ability to build a motivating culture.
- Pro-active attitude and ability to anticipate challenges.
