We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Configuration Management Process Owner to join our team at NN. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for establishing and documenting a lean Configuration Management Process that aligns with our company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a Configuration Management Process that ensures the accuracy and integrity of our digital products.
- Develop and implement dashboards and reports to provide insights into the maturity and health of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate other sources with the CMDB to enhance its functionality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- Monitor and improve the performance of the Configuration Management Process.
- Coach and train IT teams and stakeholders on the configuration management process and procedures.
- Automate and simplify process activities to increase efficiency.
- 4-5 years of experience as an ITIL Process Manager.
- Relevant experience with Configuration Management and ServiceNow ITOM.
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL processes (ITIL V3, ITIL 4).
- A strong sense of energy and a results-oriented approach.
