We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our Credit Transformation Office team at ABN Amro. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for stakeholder management on strategic, tactical, and operational levels through program reporting and coordinating for important project meetings, Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC).
Key Responsibilities- Support the Credit Transformation Office in preparing and coordinating key meetings with senior management.
- Develop and maintain integrated reports across the credit value chain, bringing together all initiatives and delivering the FCD results.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A, to ensure a strong and cohesive approach.
- Provide analytical skills and expertise to support the Credit Transformation Office in its mission to oversee, monitor, and report on credit change initiatives.
- Experience as a consultant with a strong delivery mindset.
- Ability to analyze and deliver advice to a wide and diverse audience.
- Pragmatic approach, translating ideas into actions and initiating specific interventions.
- Passion for creating impact that benefits customers' experiences.
- Collaborative mindset, mobilizing people throughout the organization.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end credit processes and/or change management skills and/or communication expertise.
- Gross monthly salary, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- Benefit Budget of 11% of salary, allowing for additional employment benefits.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase additional weeks.
- Personal development Budget of €1,000 per year, accumulable up to €3,000.
