Integrated Testing Manager

As an Integrated Testing Leader at FORTNA, you will lead a technical team to drive the testing workstream within a strategic and complex project. Your focus will be on planning and executing integrated testing, ensuring readiness for successful customer handover.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring internal and external teams are aligned on the solution, integration, and requirements.
  • Driving collaboration throughout project technical teams and third-party partners to successful execution against project requirements.
  • Leading the development and execution of testing plans for all equipment and software to validate that the technical solution aligns with project performance requirements.
  • Identifying defects, documenting them for tracking, and collaborating with the team to resolve these issues.
  • Ensuring that controls and software systems, inclusive of third-party partners, have been validated and tested to delivery specifications.
  • Monitoring the acceptance tests of equipment as executed/supplied by third-party partners.
  • Defining the acceptance test procedures of the entire system and leading the execution of these tests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering, business, or industrial management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution center environments, integration management, supply chain consulting, or program/project leadership.
  • Expert business acumen competencies, demonstrating extensive understanding and advanced skills with demonstrated application.
  • Ability to manage remotely and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Education: Master's Degree in engineering, project management, or business is preferred.
