About the Role:

The Integrated Testing Leader will drive testing workstreams within a strategic and complex project worth over 400 million dollars. You will lead a technical team to ensure readiness for successful Customer handover. Your focus will be on planning and executing integrated testing, test planning, and coordination of support across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align internal and external teams on the solution, integration, testing, and requirements.
  • Drive collaboration among project technical teams and third-party partners for successful execution against project requirements.
  • Develop and execute testing plans for all equipment and software to validate the technical solution against project performance requirements.
  • Identify defects, document them for tracking, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
  • Validate controls and software systems, including third-party partners, to delivery specifications.
  • Monitor acceptance tests of equipment as executed/supplied by third-party partners.
  • Define acceptance test procedures for the entire system and lead the execution of these tests.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in integrated testing and extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. A bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering, business, or industrial management are required. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience in managing remotely and developing others.

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive salary of $180,000 per year, commensurate with your experience, plus additional benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
