Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our Delivery team at FORTNA International. This role will involve managing complex international projects, coordinating work across multiple locations, and ensuring seamless execution while maintaining the highest standards for our customers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and monitor internal and external resources, and have a proven track record in project management. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to create, modify, and interrogate project schedules in MS Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects, coordinating work in the UK and with FORTNA's teams around the globe.
  • Closely collaborate with the Project Engineering Team to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring Stage gate checklists & reports are completed, providing regular updates to the project steering committee and product line / business unit management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Profound experience in leading large, complex international projects, delivering to schedule, budget, and the highest standards for customers.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen, combined with a detailed technical understanding.
  • The ability to create, modify, and interrogate project schedules in MS Project.
  • A strong background in automation domains, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and controls aspects.
