Bouquet Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bouquet Coordinator to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a Bouquet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality flowers are sourced and delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers and stylists to translate creative concepts into actionable purchasing requirements.
  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of flowers.
  • Manage purchasing requests to meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality flowers for all our brands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of floral products and supply chain management.
