Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery. As a key member of our Maintenance Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the mechanical maintenance team to plan and execute maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance process.
- Collaborate with maintenance discipline engineers to ensure alignment and consistency in maintenance activities.
- Work closely with operations and PMC to ensure efficient maintenance execution.
- Monitor and adjust maintenance processes to achieve refinery business goals.
- Ensure all work is planned, executed, and documented in the maintenance management system.
- Manage contracts for mechanical disciplines and provide timely input to budget forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of related maintenance and engineering disciplines.
- Experience in a leadership role, with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as MMS/SAP.
