Mechanical Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical maintenance discipline, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance work, and collaborating with other maintenance supervisors and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the mechanical maintenance discipline, ensuring alignment with refinery business goals and maintenance process.
- Collaborate with maintenance discipline engineers, operations, and PMC to ensure efficient maintenance execution.
- Monitor and adjust maintenance processes to achieve optimal performance and quality.
- Ensure all work is planned, executed, and documented in the maintenance management system.
- Manage contracts for mechanical disciplines and provide timely input to budget forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles and knowledge of maintenance and engineering disciplines.
- Experience with ERP systems such as MMS/SAP.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
