Diesel Engine Calibration Specialist

As a Diesel Engine Calibration Engineer at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for the development and calibration of diesel engines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring optimal fuel economy and performance within defined constraints. You will work closely with our team to analyze and correct deviations, monitor engine performance, and provide feedback for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for the calibration and development of engine mechatronic components and participate in various engine calibration tasks. Your expertise in data acquisition, data analysis, and statistical knowledge will be valuable assets in this role. You will also have the opportunity to take initiatives to continuously improve tools and processes, document test results, and collaborate with teams to support multiple projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics. You should have work experience with internal combustion engines, engine testing experience preferably on heavy truck engines, and proficiency in data acquisition and analysis tools such as ATI/Inca and Matlab. Good speaking and writing knowledge of English and Dutch are preferred.
