About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host Intern at The Lancaster Amsterdam. As a Host Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide them with exceptional service and support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guests with information and assistance regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Help guests with self-check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist with breakfast service and ensure the breakfast buffet is ready and well-stocked.
  • Work closely with the reception team to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
