About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Host Intern. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the self-check-in process, ensuring guests have all the necessary information and resources to make their stay enjoyable.
  • Work closely with the breakfast team to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service, setting tables, clearing, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
