About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the Benelux region. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our gasketed plate heat exchanger business by providing technical advice and support to our customers in various food markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use and application of our products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Technical education or experience in a similar position in a technical-commercial environment
- Strong language skills in Dutch and English, with French as an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
