About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our Food Heat Transfer team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our gasketed plate heat exchanger business by providing technical advice and support to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the food industry, providing technical expertise and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical specifications and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

Requirements

  • Technical education or experience in a similar position in a technical-commercial environment.
  • Excellent language skills in Dutch and English, with French being a significant asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
