The Global Enterprise Data Management Team at The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an experienced and multifaceted Senior Data Steward for Global Media Data to drive data excellence. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for organizing the data taxonomy, connections, and accuracy for our Global Media Data (digital and non-digital marketing campaigns, media spend and budget, online views, social network engagement, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Data Engineers, product owners, and local teams to address requests and ensure data quality.
- Maintain a conceptual structure of data and formulas used, design and recommend appropriate analytical approaches to improve business reporting.
- Partner with Kraft Heinz Global, local teams, and functional teams on structuring large-scale data sets and data projects.
- Liaise with internal and external partners to understand their business peculiarities and develop and implement data sets that support analytics.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and KHC teams from different functional areas in each country to drive insights and deliver projects globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, statistics, data science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in Data Analytics, with experience working with Media-related data.
- Strong understanding of code languages for data manipulation, including SQL, Snowflake, and Python.
- Solid understanding of BI tools and recent work done on manipulating data for BI solutions, preferably Tableau.
- Experience working in projects using Agile ways of working and a clear understanding of its routines.
- Strong social skills, with the ability to understand the context and apply it to drive the analytics agenda.
- Familiarity with definitions of KPIs and calculations for Media through series of data queries and BI solutions.
