Job Title: MR Software Experience Team Lead

As a seasoned leader, you will inspire and guide the development of UX-driven innovations that empower staff to deliver exceptional care for millions of MRI patients worldwide. Your expertise will drive the creation of user-centered solutions that transform the way clinical staff performs MRI examinations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire business growth with UX-driven insights, innovations, and thought leadership.
  • Define and direct the implementation of the UX strategy for MR Software, collaborating with key functions.
  • Deliver and post-market surveillance of the MR software user experience.
  • Foster a high-performing team and maintain a positive work environment to retain top talent.
  • Coach the Agile Team, ensuring adherence to Agile practices and Philips culture.
  • Facilitate and guide team and stakeholder work in value streams, ensuring customer-experience-driven digital solutions.
  • Assist the MR UX team in delivering value efficiently and with quality.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate or remove impediments, and drive relentless improvements.
About the Role:

You will lead the MR software experience design team at Philips Innovation Center (PIC) in Bengaluru, reporting directly to the MR Design Team Lead. You will collaborate with MR colleagues in India, China, and the Netherlands, and be part of the Philips Experience Design (XD) community, one of the longest-established design organizations in the world.

Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in software design.
  • Experience leading agile teams and working within an agile release train.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare/medical devices industry is required.
  • Master's degree in User Experience Design, Design Research, or related discipline, or equivalent professional design training experience.
  • Experience with servant leadership, confident, and inspirational, with the ability to convey goal and purpose while encouraging self-organization and team engagement.
