Job Title: Machine Learning/DevOps Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning/DevOps Consultant to join our team at Sia Partners. As a key member of our Global Data Science Business Unit, you will be responsible for implementing high-performance software solutions hosted on scalable and secure cloud infrastructures for our Data Science projects and internal Heka solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud services on GCP, AWS, and Azure, including architecture, storage, compute services, cost monitoring, and role management.
  • Develop and manage Docker and Kubernetes environments for containerization and orchestration of applications.
  • Write Python code for server-side tools, including mass data processing, API REST servers, authentication, and more.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for integration and continuous deployment of applications and internal platforms.
  • Design and implement infrastructures and services adapted to Machine Learning, including technological watch and solution implementation.

Requirements:

  • MSc level in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, Informatica, or related field.
  • Excellent Python skills and solid foundation in other languages.
  • Experience with at least one cloud service platform (GCP, AWS, Azure) and mixing different services within a project.
  • Comfortable using Docker, automating CI/CD pipelines, and familiar with Kubernetes.
  • Part of the DevOps Culture, supporting the code life cycle from development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
  • Sensitive to security issues and experience in implementing application protection solutions.
  • Natural curiosity to follow the evolution of the sector and proactive in gaining skills in new technologies.
