Research Assistant I

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Assistant I to join our team at the AIDS Institute of the Department of Microbiology, School of Clinical Medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in research projects, including laboratory routines and thorough laboratory bookkeeping.
- Perform laboratory work with molecular biology, virology, immunological assays, primary cell culture, handling of small animals, and BSL-3 techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve research objectives.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and reports.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Immunology/Cancer Biology or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years' work experience in tertiary institutions.
- Good computer knowledge, self-motivation, and experience in laboratory routines and thorough laboratory bookkeeping.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
- Experience in laboratory work with molecular biology, virology, immunological assays, primary cell culture, handling of small animals, and BSL-3 techniques is an advantage.
