Senior Relationship Manager Public Sector

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Public Sector Division in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our public sector clients, driving customer satisfaction and delivery, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing contracts and key relationships by monitoring contractual timelines, client reports, indexations, and audits, complemented by regular visits.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and delivery by providing strategic insight and attending market events.
  • Optimize our tender success rate by providing expertise on subject matter, client insights, and market trends.
  • Execute contract management by carrying out existing contracts, renewing existing contracts, and sourcing new revenue avenues.
  • Identify and secure premier opportunities within the Public Sector Translation & Interpreting sector.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of a BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum track record of five years in the Public Sector, with an emphasis on Procurement.
  • Knowledge of parallel industries and ability to navigate in varying political landscapes, specifically service-oriented or linguistic sectors.
  • Innate ability to recognize and seize opportunities; proficiency in sales strategies and tools is essential.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to diagnose challenges and strategize effective solutions.
  • Skilful negotiation techniques, with a focus on value-driven discussions.
  • Leveraging an extensive network of professionals to garner insights, ensure favourable terms, and build long-lasting contractual relationships.
  • Proficient communication abilities in both Dutch and English.
